1. Introduction

This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments, refunds, and returns for the services provided by Indian Paisa “Indian Paisa”.

Please read this Policy carefully before participating in our affiliate program. By signing up as an affiliate or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

2. Our Services: Nature of Affiliate Marketing

Indian Paisa operates as an affiliate marketing business. This means:

  • We provide marketing services to merchants by promoting their products or services through unique tracking links.

  • We earn a commission from these merchants when a customer makes a qualifying purchase (a “Sale”) through our links.

  • Our affiliates (you) promote our links and, in turn, earn a share of the commission from sales you generate.

It is critical to understand that we do not sell any physical or digital products directly. We are an intermediary facilitating marketing and sales for third-party merchants.

3. Commission Payments

  • Earning Commissions: Commissions are earned only when a Sale is confirmed and verified by the respective merchant 

  • Payment Schedule: Commission payments are processed after we receive the payment from the merchant, which typically follows a mandatory waiting period (e.g., 30-60 days) to account for product ₹499 returns and cancellations by the end customer. Payments will be made via [e.g., Bank Transfer, UPI, PayPal] on or around the [e.g., 15th of each month] for commissions earned in the previous month.

  • Minimum Payout Threshold: A minimum balance of ₹ must be accrued in your account before a payment is processed.

4. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds (The Most Important Clause)

  • ⚠️ Important Update: 12-Hour Refund Window
    To provide better service and clarity, we now implement a strict 12-hour refund window.

    • A refund request must be made within 12 hours of the payment confirmation timestamp.

    • The 12-hour period will be calculated from the exact date and time of the successful payment receipt.

    • Any refund request made after 12 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Merchant’s Policy is Final: All purchases made by customers through our affiliate links are subject to the return, refund, and cancellation policy of the respective merchant from whom the product was purchased. Indian Paisa has no control over these policies.

  • Commission Reversal: If a customer who made a purchase through your affiliate link requests a refund within the 12-hour window and the merchant approves it, the commission for that sale will be reversed. Consequently, the commission credited to your account for that Sale will be deducted (reversed) in the next payment cycle.

  • No Direct Refunds from Indian Paisa: Since we do not handle the sale transaction, process payments, or ship products, we do not offer any direct refunds to end customers. All refund requests must be directed to the merchant from whom the product was purchased within the 12-hour window.

  • Fraudulent Activity: We reserve the right to reverse commissions and suspend accounts if fraudulent activity is detected 

5. Disputes and Inquiries

  • Tracking Disputes: If you believe a qualifying Sale was not tracked or credited correctly, you must notify us in writing within 1 hour of the date of the Sale. We will then liaise with the merchant network to investigate. Please note that we can only report on what the merchant’s network has recorded.

  • Payment Disputes: Any disputes regarding commission payments must be raised within 12 hour of the payment time.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Returns Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued participation in the program after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
